our story
My name is Hope Beach, and alongside my husband, Taylor, our mission is to bring comfort to women and families during one of life’s hardest moments.
On October 10, 2021, our son, Baker Kade Beach, was born sleeping. I was just shy of 34 weeks pregnant when I noticed his movements had stopped. After a drive that seemed like an eternity to the hospital, we were told words no parent should ever have to hear, our baby’s heart was no longer beating.
That day changed us forever. Yet in the midst of unimaginable pain, I was given a small gift from the nurses at Gadsden Regional. That simple act of compassion reminded me that we were not alone, and it brought comfort I desperately needed.
Though this was not the story we imagined, we have chosen to lean on God for peace and understanding. In honoring Baker’s life, we want to walk with others through the grief of miscarriage, stillbirth, and infant loss.
We know this hurt never fully goes away. Some days it feels as fresh as the first. But when you lean on God for strength, He can turn even heartbreak into something that brings light and purpose.
That is why we founded Baker’s Blessing. Through personalized care packages and community support, our hope is that families will feel seen, loved, and reminded they are not walking this path alone.
